Meet Dr. Silva Megerdichian
“I take pride in creating beautiful, healthy smiles that bring happiness, comfort, and confidence to my patients. Along this journey, I have developed many valuable friendships and lasting relationships that positively affect my life every day.” – Dr. Silva
I love being able to create lasting relationships with her patients of all ages, while creating for them a beautiful and healthy smile that can bring confidence, happiness, and success. Being involved in their happiness gives me great joy. I feel truly blessed to be in a profession where I can make a positive difference in individuals’ lives through their smile.
Every patient is so unique, and I enjoy providing personalized care to cater to each individual. Having the rare opportunity to work with so many different ages and personalities on a consistent basis is what makes this profession so much fun!
I appreciate the trust my patients have placed in my practice for themselves and their loved ones. I honor this trust more than anything and work hard to meet and exceed their expectations by treating them as I would treat my family: by providing them with excellent orthodontic results.

- Doctorate of Dental Surgery – University of California Los Angeles
- Hospital-based general practice residency – West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Healthcare Center
- Three years of specialty training in orthodontics– University of California Los Angeles
I believe in the importance of keeping up with advances in orthodontics so I can deliver the highest-quality, most effective, and most comfortable treatments to our patients. I attend numerous seminars so I can knowledgeably attend to the needs of my patients and answer their questions.
Moreover, I participate in regular study groups with other local dentists and specialists in the community. This enables me to stay in touch with other areas of dentistry and keep strong ties with other dental colleges. Ultimately, I am able to bring well-rounded dental care to my patients; I can not only help them achieve their orthodontic goals, but also address their dental needs comprehensively.

Outside the Office
I have lived in the San Fernando Valley most of my life and am thrilled to be practicing in Burbank. My husband and I have a two-and-a-half-year-old daughter. In my free time, I practice yoga, go hiking, relax at the beach, read, and most of all, spends time with my family.
I feel very fortunate to be able to live and work in the community of Burbank. I have been offered so much support as I've worked toward my goals, and want to act as a mentor and resource to help others in the community fulfill their own dreams.
I believe in supporting the local community. I am completely invested in all aspects of the area, as I feel that it is very important to support the community in which I practice. It is my hope to contribute to this incredible area by producing many smiling faces, as well as supporting the academics, careers, and extracurricular activities of her patients.
